Iris by BirdEye accesses only the Shopify data necessary to provide accessibility functionality. We do not access, store, or process your customers' personal information, order data, or payment information. Our App operates entirely on the front-end of your storefront.

We retain your store data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you uninstall the App, we will delete your store data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
